Ever since moving to Findlay, I have been a loyal customer of USA Nails. The staff is very friendly and does a great job of executing exactly what you want done. I am very particular about the shape and length of my nails and no matter who my appointment is with, they always make sure my nails look perfect! Lee did my nails today and we carried on a great conversation about big milestones in life and he gave me great advice and wisdom! I can't wait to come back soon and see what updates we have for each other. I highly recommend getting your nails done here!

On Thursday May 31st I had a pedicure at USA Nails. The gal poked my big toe which really hurt! called Friday June 8th and spoke to them to tell them it was infected and I wanted my money back...no response back from them. I called again Saturday June 9th, owner said come in let me see. Then they tried to use the no cash refund excuse to deny returning my money. She relented and I eventually took the money from her, the owner. The man that works there, continued to try and push us out and was ranting and raving. I still need to see the doctor and may need an antibiotic. The toe is swollen and painful.

Had a good experience and really like my nails. Technician was friendly and did a good job. Atmosphere was pleasant and clean.
