Steve and Ann are always quick and efficient. Sometimes the wait is a little long, but I only assume it's because of the amount of regulars I'm sure they have. Even with the wait, I continue to go back.

The pedicure was great, and the service is too. But make sure you pay cash. I used credit and card was hacked the next day.

Tried so many places in BC and then I found this place. They take their time, especially Steve. I won't go to anyone else. Update: 1/30/18 I haven’t gone anywhere else since this review. I visit Steve religiously. Favorite salon and tech ever. His wife is the bomb too.

Generally, a big fan. Steve and his wife do great work. There are some newer employees who do an alright job, but are always willing to fix if you point out an issue. While I understand it’s not good for business to be precieved as rude or uninviting by any customers, my last visit is what leads me to rate 4 instead of 5 stars. While I was in, a woman came in with 4 small children. The kids were incredibly loud and disruptive the entire time, the mom didn’t pay any attention to it. What really set me off is that they came in with McDonalds, and then the kids sat down at one of the chairs and started playing with the nail files while they were still eating. When it was my turn, that was the chair they had me go to, so the kids were asked to move, but the newer employee doing my nails took out the file the kids with greasy hands were just playing with and went to file my nails with it before I said something. Seriously?! Like I said, I understand not wanting to be rude to any customers, but between a fill, pedicure and brow wax I was spending quite a bit of money, and when I go to a salon, it’s not just for the service, it’s also to relax. I’m sure many will agree with me. While I understand it’s not the salon’s responsiblity to get after customer’s kids, I think they, and any other salon really, should have a policy of “If you can’t control and keep your kids quiet, please don’t bring them”. I don’t think I, or any other customers, should’ve had to have a negative experience to accommodate one other customer.
