Got my nails done by Debbie time before last. Very easy because she knew exactly what I wanted. They grew out very quickly though-you could see my nail bed turn white behind the painted tip (through the clear gel) after only 3 days. Besides that no compaints. She was nice. Recently had my brows done here. Quick and painless...$12+$3 tip was what I paid. As far as I know she's the "brow lady" and she has cute bobbed red hair. The workers there just rent out their station...that's why the little cubes seem to section off everyone and have their own decorations like someone's office. Very private. Good if you don't like hearing a customer yack her face off next to you. Reception is kinda weird, but if you say hello, someone will come help you. Again, they don't work with eachother, so they don't know eachothers prices all the time. There was no receptionist when I went, but it was a slow time, lunch time.

Horrible customer service. I walked in at 4:00pm on a Friday. No receptionist. Place looked like a liquor store converted into a salon with prison cells for stations. The receptionist, if you could even CALL her that, was talking to a stylist (I presume) and had her back to me. FOR 6 MINUTES. I stood there, was waved to by the ONLY nail customer in the place (because the tech doing her nails couldn't SEE me due to prison-type walls) and NO ONE talked to me. At all. I waited, just to see how long it would take before someone realized I was there. Finally, I gave up and rang the bells that hung on the door for the 2nd time. She turned around, looked like I had interrupted her very important conversation, then proceeded to tell me most of the nail techs were gone and I should make an appointment and come back. Are you kidding me? I'm willing to spend up to $50 in your establishment and you tell me to leave and come back later? Moron. If you own that place, SERIOUSLY consider having Tabitha's Salon Takeover come to your store because it SUCKS. Never again.
