My friend and I went in last Monday (9/24/18) and both got gel no chip full sets. It was both of our first times here since it was a good middle ground between where both of us live. The service was good and it was fairly quick. But that is the only good thing I can say about valley nails. Within 4 days, two of her nails fell off for no reason. One in her sleep. Within a week, 4 of mine have fallen off. I've never experienced such terrible quality nails in my life. I will not be going back and I also would not recommend going there. Today nail spa across town has never disappointed me with the durability of their nails. Typically have to go in after 2-3 weeks to get fills with no nails missing. I will be going there from now on.

The overall service I was given when I got my appointment done was very good. They were on time and made sure they did a good job on my nails (some places rush through it). However, the next morning (not even 24 hours after getting them done) the ends of my nails started to turn into a dark color making my nails look dirty. I went back and explained the situation and they told me it was my fault for rubbing my nails on jeans/other dark colored items. I explained that I did not have jeans or dark color clothing on at the time, but they touched them up that morning and my nails looked good for my engagement pictures. One week later my nails are very discolored and look very dirty and the tips. I tried to capture in pictures but they look worse in person. I was once again told this was my fault even though they have progressively became darker and darker (the guy told me to avoid dark clothing/dark items for 24 hours). Very unhappy with how dirty my nails look when I paid so much money to get them done. I have gotten tons of no chip manicures in the past and have never had this issue from "dark clothing" I will not be returning here. Don't waste your money here.

Wonderful place and people. I walked in for a no-chip manicure and was helped immediately, they had the door open so it was nice that it didn’t smell overwhelmingly like nail polish remover. Susan showed me all the colors and talked to me about my options between no chip and dip. It was very quick, but she definitely didn’t rush. I will be returning and telling all my friends about this place!

Best nail salon in town. Everyone is so nice, they take their time and do a wonderful job. My daughter was very impressed and loves going with me.
