Horrible!! The lady rushed me the whole time I was here because I didn't get anything extra! She only did maybe a 1 min massage that comes with a pedicure and tried to charge me extra for more time! She said it's the way they do it, while a friend of mine got the same thing and got a decent amount of time for a massage. The worst ever here. They have gone down in service dramatically. Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else.

I have been there 2 times and both times I have been disappointed. The workers rush while working and are rude. They stand by waiting for their tip and smirk at the amount given. The gel manicure dude was great.

Nail technicians get very distracted, and my trip.today for a pedicure was disappointing. I go to be pampered and I was treated like an interruption. I think someone should ask what I want, offer more, and give excellent service with a smile. I will try to find another place.

Not so impressed. The chair was uncomfortable as hello. Technicians had no idea what i was saying which you kind of expect a little language barrier but u mean they had NO idea what i was saying. My gel coats left tons gel on my cuticle and fingertips. I dont know, think I'm gonna keep on moving and try some place else next time.

I love coming here because, they our very caring and kind. In there nails are the greatest and pedicures.
