The staff was very polite and helpful. The service was quick and less painful than anticipated (eyebrow waxing). However, I was not cleaned up after. I had loose hair all over my face that was not removed before she excused herself from the service. I had to back into work and clean myself up after. I feel that cleaning up the client before you conclude the service should be apart of the service. I have been getting my eyebrows waxed professionally for over 10 yrs, and I've never had to clean myself up that much. I will be finding a new place for my needs.

Van or "Vivian" was a skilled practitioner of her art--making my hands look good so I can focus on other things! Thanks, I will be back.

Excellent Nails has been my go-to spot since they opened. The manicure/pedicure services are great and the overall ambiance in the salon is calm and relaxing. I also have had other services there (waxing, massage, facials) which are great - but my favorite is just a relaxing manicure/pedicure with Van. I bring all my friends here and will continue to do so!

Excellent Nails & Spa always does great work. I have been there for many times and I feel comfortable with their spa services. They have so many mysterious techs in hand & foot treatment, which makes me totally relax and comfortable. Besides that, their staff is skilful and nice. Nails care is incredible.

I am extremely unhappy with the service and treatment I was given at Excellent Nails. I got a nexgen dip on my nails and noticed there was a significant, visible gap between the polish and my cuticle. Every salon I have been to applies the powder very close to the cuticle. I called the next day and they stated if I came in they would fix them. I went and they refused to help me. I showed the woman my nails AND a picture of how they normally look and she said she couldny help me. She said that is how they do it and if they redid them it would be the same. This is the ONLY salon I have been uphappy with my nexgen and I have been to many salons in the metroplex.
