I wanted to give them a third star but they have no colors in gel polish that match both your hands and feet and half the time I was there I listened to this lady very nicely keep asking the lady that was servicing her to correct her nails this is not the right color this is not what I asked for this is not the right procedure you're giving me this is not what I asked for she apologized at least eight times to the lady that was servicing her for the lady making mistakes and not paying her no attention to what she was telling the lady she wanted to be done to her nails and then the technician started scolding the lady I watched the lady take a deep breath and say I'm sorry for you not understanding what I told you I wanted I couldn't believe that no one not even the owner intervened and tried to help this poor woman but I loved how she handled the situation even though she was not happy she said thank you and she still left with a smile she said she just wouldn't be back she didn't let it ruin her time or day the lady that was helping me was the owner she was really nice and cool I would have gave him three stars but watching that ladies experience helps me to decide to take away one star sorry

Okay so. There’s two locations. The one that is connected to the liquor store is solid. The one that is connected to the tax store is mmmmmm questionable. The ladies are super sweet. And the hand massage is to die for. But just. Look at my video. And it took an hour damn near. And it was a fill.
This just shouldn’t have been the result.

Was happy they could get us in last minute, but soon found out why. My toe was cut and the lady denied it, even after wrong blood off. Rough on the scrubbing.... Asked for the spa pedicure and they didn't tell me until I was already started that they couldn't do it. 😣

Caught a fungus from them they are not clean they wash there utensils by hand and then dry them. They do not use the propper machines to sterilize there equipment. They are not clean at all

. This place has horrible service. No one greeted me. They didn't bother asking what I want. So I definitely left and will not be returning. I highly value customer service. This establishment needs some service training.
