This place always had such a long wait, but never let people make appointments unless they were getting multiple services. As well as they are poor at putting on any type of acrylic nails and taking them off. Three times that I went they destroyed my nail leaving deep gashes that they didn't fix, and left the nails very jagged. They don't smooth them all at or do any nail clean prep before doing sets or anything else unless you specifically ask for it, and even then depends on the tech. I won't be coming back I'm appealed by the poor service and quality here.

I was really excited to try this place, and was extremely disappointed. I’ve never had such poor quality acrylic nails in my life. I will say, the girl that did my nails, i think Cara or Tara was her name was nice, but all of my nails were super uneven in length, and the dip polish was bumpy. After spending around $65 on them, a nail tip broke off 2 days later. I went in to get it fixed, and she didn’t use the right color, but i ignored it. Then, a few days later, another one of my nails broke. I will never be going back. Such poor quality and very expensive.

I was so excited to get back into the nail salon after Covid. This salon took great precautions for cleanliness but my manicure lasted all of 4 days. 2 of my gel nails have already broken after just 4 days. I also waited 30 minutes past my appointment time. They overbook you and don’t care.

I’ve been coming to this nail salon for almost 4 years. Over the course of that time, the quality began to decrease. The owner is rude and will frequently be found sitting in the corner on his phone while the nail techs are overworked. He barks orders at them and looks at them angrily while they’re working. Because the techs are so overworked, the quality suffers. Even when I call ahead and make an appointment, I have waited 30-45 minutes until I’m seated in a chair, and the service I’ve requested gets forgotten multiple times. I’ve lost interest in attempting to remind them of the dip gel manicure I’ve requested after I’ve waited over 30 minutes to get a pedicure that I had to fix myself when I got home, as I had paint all over my skin and all my toenails were uneven. I was a loyal customer for years but unfortunately won’t be returning again.

I started going here when they opened and they became my favorite nail salon near me. The ventilation is better than most and I’ve never had bad service (just pedicures).
