Don’t spend your money on horrible customer service!!!!!!Unfortunately I had to write a review. I will begin to explain that my rating is in reference to customer service of the nail salon specifically by the owner. The girls there are great and do a great job but the owner which is the man up front and picks up the phone is horrible. He has never told me thank you or have a nice day at all after I have shown kindness and spent my money on a over priced salon . He called me a minute after my appointment to see if I was making it and also confronted me recently because there was a misunderstanding with the day of my appointment. When I went to pay he slammed everything around the counter and didn’t say thank you when I signed the receipt and left. I continuously went because I really liked how one girl did my nails and the nail polish held up but I can’t continue to go to a place where I leave annoyed when I should leave relaxed.

LOVE Anna (and Gina)! I moved to Islip and still travel back to Viva (Hicksville) to get my nails done. They have always been very nice to me. I have been going there over 8 years and have done regular nails, gel nails and now the powder gel. I've had a few different types of pedicures, been waxed too! They have always been professional and kind! Anna also has drawn pictures on my nails (gel) to change with the holidays since I am a teacher and my students get a kick out of it!

During my daughter’s gel manicure they burnt her finger! Didn’t even say they were sorry or acknowledge! We will never go back . My daughter is only 12.

Tech cut me and he did a terrible job. The shapes were all
Different on my nails and charged me almost $80. NEVER AGAIN. They are a rip off. Don't come here
