My favorite place to pedicure! The Ultimate is the way to go! THE best hour of the day! Clean and the staff is always so friendly!

I had an appointment for 3:30 and was sat down immediately but waited in the seat for and hour and 20 minutes. People came in and left before anyone ever saw me. When a nail tech finally came to me she asked to see the design and once I showed her I asked if she could do it to which she replied yes. She repeatedly left me sitting there waiting even longer and rushed through my nails. I left in about 15 minutes and the design is nothing close to what I showed her. Bad service and bad quality. If I could leave no stars I would. I'm sure it had something to do with me being the only African American person in the salon.

The shop itself has a beautiful and classy decor. It could be in the south loop of Chicago. One woman had excellent people skills, the other two not so much. The service itself was good. There was a mix up with my credit card and another customer. Outside of that, this is a good shop.

This place doesn’t even deserve one star. I made an appointment at 3PM for a pedicure & no chip manicure. No one even started on me for over 30 minutes, the person I had requested took two walk ins before me and after my pedicure was done the owner pushed me off to someone else that didn’t know how to paint a star which is why I made the appointment with someone I knew could do it. Owner then told me to come back a different day. Mind you this is not the first time I’ve been pushed off or delayed.

First time at this business. They clearly cater to the LG crowd so the atmosphere is lovely and well appointed. Courteous immediate greeting, no wait for my appt even tho I was a bit early, beverages offered, Massage chairs, clear pricing on their menu, quick and perfectly completed. Would definitely go back. She even helped get my card out of my purse to pay lol.
