I have been going here for a few months and have not been disappointed in my nails. I also take my 85 year old mom in for a manicure and polish every few weeks and she has been very pleased...and she's not easy to please! haha True, they're not overly friendly, but I go to have my nails done, not talk to a counselor!

Whoa. Terrible experience start to finish. I was just at Nail Excel getting a manicure. From the time I walked in no one was friendly. The technician barely said two words, didn’t smile or make eye contact and was aggressive with my nails. She seemed very aggravating she had to be doing this.
About five minutes in, another employee started yelling profanity (apparently telling a story). I asked the technician working on my nails if it was employee to which she applies, “Oh yeah - she knows them.” I replied that it is not appropriate to be using that kind of language in front of customers. The employee shrugged and went on with her business. I again stated I wasn’t comfortable. At this point I walked out. Still in shock that this place is in business.

Somehow my favorite nail guy I grew up going to (in Chagrin Falls) ended up working at this spot years later! I was lucky enough to walk into this place and find him again (: Go see him, his name is Hollywood and he is a gem. I love the shop, as well. Its beautiful, well-ventilated and peaceful. I definitely recommend going!

I love the people here. Lisa is my favorite. Absolute perfectionist. Everyone is always friendly.
