Absolutely phenomenal experience. Called around 10 for an appointment at 4 for two pedicures. Had about a 15min wait, then we were pampered beyond belief. On top of an excellent spa pedicure, they squeezed in my 5yr old daughter for a quick polish on her toes. The conversation was excellent, too! I would highly recommend stopping in! (Just make sure to book an appointment first!)

Worst service ever! My friend and I both went for a mani/pedi with tips and she started her process before me, but I was done a good 15 minutes before her. My tips cracked the next day, you could see my original nail under the tip and they just looked Horrible! Will never return. They need more training and the man that works there needs to learn customer service skills. He had an attitude when I came back to get them fixed and you could still see the crack after he "fixed" it. I just wanted out of there before I said some hateful things. DO NOT RECCOMEND! And I've heard their acrylic products are illegal here in the U.S

Friendly tech. Quiet, relaxing environment. Great service. My nails look better than they ever have before. Highly recommend.

i went in to vip for the appointment i had scheduled. when i got there they told me that i never called to make an appointment. i called the Tuesday prior to set up the appointment and even showed them my call history, proving that i did in fact call and make an appointment. told me to come back at 4 pm. i won’t be returning to this place.
i went to best nails to see if they could get me in and they got me in right away with no problems. vip will no longer have my service.
