I’ve been going here for years but now this salon is very busy gaining new clients. The owner used to be so kind, he is rude and unpersonable. Since the salon is getting busier I feel like they rushed when hiring new workers. The new nail technicians aren’t as good as the original workers. The gel manicure lasts forever which is great but whenever I get a manicure or pedicure it’s always rushed. The normal polish pedicure lasts a long time too never chips. I’ve tried switching places but ispa has the best painting and long lasting.

Would never go anywhere else! Top of the line. My nails always look great and staff is always professional, friendly, and eager to please.

We came in an hour before they closed and asked for 4 manicures, they seems annoyed, maybe because it was close to closing time but that wasn’t until 6. They rushed through my manicure and skipped the hand scrub and massage which should have been included. It’s included in other places I go to! Anyways I wouldn’t recommend or go back to this place. I think they are sexists toward men.

Ispa is like a breath of fresh air. Customer service is what they are all about. The place is always clean, the employees always friendly and the owners make certain that everyone who walks through their doors is treated like a VIP. They employ highly professional and experienced staff and offer a wide range of services.
I have been going there for 5 years and have never been disappointed.

Such a great experience. Everyone there is very nice and treat you with care. Great manicures and massages. I've tried so many different places and I'm so happy to find one I can finally stick with!
