I have never written a bad review before, but decided to share because of the circumstances. Kim talked really sweet over the phone and seemed pleasant the first couple of times that we visited. Today when I arrived for my appointment, I waited only for her to tell me once she started on my nails that she had an emergency and needed ro leave. I paid her and left the shop thinking I could return in the morning, etc. Also, the new techs talked with her the ENTIRE time (in a non-English language as if we were not there. I ended up talking outside with an old friend fir about 50 minutes only to see her and the new techs finally walk out. I greeted them to make them aware that it was obvious that Kim was dishonest, but they literally ignored me, giggled and walked away. I was furious and will NOT spend my dollars there ANYMORE. I WILL BE POSTING ON social media as well. This was awful!!$

Very clean facility, Staff are friendly and welcoming! Did not have a long wait at all. I received a gel manicure and polish change and I absolutely love it!! I would definitely recommend!
