Nail tech was nice, but waited 40 minutes after making an appointment. My nails look nice. I thought they would lotion my hands and arms but tech said they don't do that even though the website does. Go to to bally nail spa for better customer service.

Wonderful place! They always do an amazing job and they have such a large selection I can change my nails up everytime I go in. I love it!

I've been a Bloom customer for over 4 years. It's wonderful! The girls are so nice, they do great nails and it's so much fun!

It’s been about 6 months since I had moved on from this place due to feeling like the team just had poor technique on SNS. This time, I’m pretty sure this is the WORST set of nails I’ve had in 10 years. I’m not sure if she was the owner/manager... regardless... you should know how to do nails!!! She was way to aggressive with the electric file and nearly every nail was filed too much causing me to practically jump out of the chair in pain. I left with lumpy, bumpy, bubbled and poorly shaped nails. NEVER AGAIN.

Probably the worst set of nails I’ve ever had. The lady who took care of me was so rude to me (up until I gave her a tip, regardless of how terrible she did.) She also cut me three times and continued to do so even when I tried to pull away. I wouldn’t waste your money here. :(
