Lem & His Staff are awesome! Since having reconstructive knee surgery 5 months ago, I have been working with Lem & Staff with excellent results. They are a pleasure to work with. As I hope I don't need "PT" services again any time soon, If I do, I will be going back to Quail Run. I would recommend others to as well. Thank You Quail Run PT!!

The staff rotates among clients all the time, noticing if we seem tired, if we need to rest, and when we are ready for new challenges. It feels very "safe" to be in their hands...I have been going ant 8 weeks after surgery for torn tendons.. I am definitely getting stronger, week by week!

Hello Lem, My Name is David. It is important to me to take the time and express to you my experience with your receptionist Katie on the morning of my appointment with you on April 25th 2019 at: 9:30am. I was referred to you by Eric Schmidt In Santa Rosa. I arrived at 9:00am and walked into your reception area to be there early enough to fill out paperwork. This was asked of us. There were four people in the reception area when I walked in. From my vehicle I watched them all walk in before me. I am always early. When it was a few minutes before 9:00am I walked in and no one was attending the front desk so I waited there. After two or three minutes two other people walked in after me and sat down. A woman walked up and behind the desk area and asked for my name. After giving it to her, she then asked for my prescription. There is a long and detailed story as to why I did not have one. When I told her I don’t have one, she said you must have one. That’s it. Nothing else was said! She said, “you must have one” Again, I told her I don’t have one. She then insisted that all patients must have one. When I told her the third time I don’t have one, she stopped talking and sat there staring at me. It felt like a minute went by but I am sure it was more like ten seconds or so. I felt so uncomfortable with her sitting there staring at me without saying anything to me I once again said again, I don’t have one. At this point everyone one in the reception area was listening and watching. She then said to me don’t be rude. I was floored. In less than one minute your receptionist had all but straight up offended me and scolded me in front of your patients that I was being rude. I asked her, you have called me rude in front of patients because I responded to your non-responsive reaction to me telling you for a third time I don’t have a prescription? She then let out a deep breath and started looking at all of the patients in the room. I could not believe this was happening to me. I told her because she was completely unprofessional and included your patients in the room in our issue, I said let the doctor know I would not be seeing him today. I told her because of her treatment of me I would let my Doctor know about this and left. Lem, I know there are always two sides to every story. But then there is the truth. You were just told the truth. I am a professional man who has not needed the help of doctors much in my life. I am grateful for this. So please understand I don’t have much experience with doctors and doctor’s offices. I can tell you with absoluteness that I was truly mistreated by this woman. I am a very physical person who is concerned about a good-sized bone spur in my left shoulder and am left on my own to figure how to find therapy for my particular issue. Eric Spoke highly of you and I would like to have at least had one visit with you. I was looking forward to meeting you and getting some real professional guidance for my issue. I promise you that after being in business for over three decades I have seen almost any issue in regards to employee/client relations. I also have always carefully examined complaints like the one I am making about Katie. Understanding that personalities can sometime clash, this was NOT a personality conflict. Katie was not treated rudely. Katie treated me inappropriately and aggressively confronted me in front of your patients. She was unable to simply see that her actions were not welcoming or inappropriate. When looking you up on line I found I was not the only person who has had this issue with Katie. This was from an online google review. I didn’t have the chance to meet you Lem and I am disappointed about this as you came highly recommended. I will start my search for another therapist and I hope the best for you in regards to your office receptionist Katie. David.

I started seeing Lem when I was 24 for my back. I was so impressed with him I came back 4 years ago when I was in a dirt bike accident. Lem and his staff took wonderful care of me with my injured legs. They got me back to where I was before my accident. At the age of 47 I've recently had shoulder surgery. Because Lem and his aids are the best of the best, I'm back once again. I'm getting better with wonderful care as usual. I would recommend Quail Run to anyone who is in need.

I am in need of physical therapy and went into Quail Run Physical Therapy (as my Ortho recommended) and was very disappointed in my experience. When my wife & I first arrived, there was no one at the front desk, we waited a few minutes and the receptionist finally appeared. When she did, she did not acknowledge us, Patients were attended to and the phone was answered before she made her first approach. I would have been understanding of the attention to patients and the phone had the receptionist been even a little nice when she finally got around to helping us, however when she did, she was extremely rude to the point where I do not want to continue to explore my options there. Some people still need to learn you catch more with honey than you do with vinegar!!!
