DO NOT. I REPEAT. DO NOT GO TO THIS FURNITURE STORE (the one in Balch springs). I ordered furniture to be delivered and it never did until I started call to get it on my own. They NEVER answer the phone. the sales person at this store IS A LIAR and has the absolute worst customer service. I got my furniture and it was broken. Also got most of my furniture piece by piece over the course of 3 months and still don't have it all. I had to work with the leasing company who still couldn't get ahold of the salesperson at this store I eventually stopped working with the furniture store and canceled my lease with the leasing company. PLEASE DONT GET YOUR FURNITURE FROM THIS STORE. YOU'LL REGRET IT

Horrible place!!! Buyer beware!!! Bought my stuff and never got delivered!!! Paid for delivery and then still had to pick it up on our own. They had no concern of my kids having to sleep on the floor because I had my kids throw their old beds out to make room for the new and nothing. No call, sorry, or any concerns. Just each employee talking down on each other. Then the so call manger was rude!! Anjj was the guys name!! I normally don’t do these but you know they are scammers of wanting money when they go and take their reviews down so no one can truly see how they work on Facebook!! Check out all the reviews now on their google!!! The good reviews they got are from the employees themselves!! Like the Arquel guy who was so concerned and then lied about everything he said to me.
