Unfortunately very disappointing services. Many times I had to wait good 15 minutes, even though I had an appointment scheduled several days in advance! My technician was great, but she is way overbooked, running late many times! They must use old polish, because sometimes my polish lasts and few of my nails chip right next day. Very sad, but I think its time to start looking for a different nail salon.

If I could give 0 stars, I would. I went in with completely healthy nails after growing them out for months without acrylics. Now, I know acrylic nails aren’t usually the best for your nails, but I have never had my nails so ruined so quickly. AND the set didn’t even last three days before they started breaking and lifting and breaking my natural nails with them and causing pain. I have been getting acrylic nails since 2014, so I have had my fair share of bad sets here and there. This was the absolute worst set I have ever gotten in eight years. And I paid $70 for a set that only looked “good” for a day. I say “good” because three different fingers had cuts, the shape was off and a couple nails were kinda crooked. Absolutely ridiculous. Sad I even wasted my money here.

Update: yep third time is the charm. Came here and gave this place one more try and I shouldn’t have. Less than a week later and my dip manicure is chipping and discolored. During the manicure they were out of 3 of the colors I had wanted until I finally settled on a color I don’t even really like. Tried to give this place multiple tries since I loved my nails the first time I came, but can’t keep paying this much for poor quality nails. Original: Quality of your manicure and experience completely depends on who your nail tech is. The first time I came here, I had a really friendly girl who took her time and made sure my nails looked great. The care she put into it paid off because they lasted over 3 weeks without cracking. Today I had a male nail tech who rushed me through every part of the process (literally got me out in half the time of my first nail appt) and it’s apparent when you look at the quality. When I got out of the salon I noticed my nails look very sloppy in comparison to the manicure I got last time and I’m sure they won’t last long. I will make sure to request a specific nail tech if I come again.

I did not like the experience I had at this place. The pedicure was nice, but the manicure was subpar. I got a dip manicure. The manicure consisted of warm water and then basic cuticle trim. No cuticle softener or anything. Also, I had to ask them not to use the UV light for dip, which i thought was understood. But i think the most disappointing is the dip does not start at my cuticle so it looks like I need a fill in on day one after getting it done. I don’t recommend this place.

I couldn't believe how big this place is and how many nail artists there were here. I didn't immediately find out how to check in and get my name on the list. It took me a few minutes before I figured out what to do and where to wait. Once I had a massage chair and nail artist working with me, I was good to go. They offered me a drink and I chose a lovely cold and refreshing tea. I also got a gel pedicure which included a massage scrub, mask lotion, hot stones. It was quite nice and lasted about 45 minutes. My husband got a pedicure too and he enjoyed getting pampered and his legs massaged.
