Complete lack of communication. Also the woman I had was not pleasant during my pedicure, her pressure was way too hard and I was kind and asked her to go lightly 3 times. Not only that but they Ripped me off for a massage that I thought I was receiving after the pedicure because that’s what they always do for about a minute but they charged me $10 for it, when I was having issues while I was paying they didn’t speak to me they only spoke to each other. Terrible experience

Love this place, the staff is polite and professional. Cathy, Rita and Aida are all great. Definitely recommend this place.

I came here for their mani & pedi special. I know I shouldn't expect much for $20 but mind you I've been to other places that offer the same service and I have gotten much better treatment. The girl that did my nails, as well as my sister's, worked like she was running a marathon. There was no one waiting in line to get their nails done, just us in the salon. I barely had my sandal on before she started painting my toenails. She finished in probably 15 minutes. I also have a bad toe, which I warned her about, she continued to push on it while I would flinch every time. I finally had to tell her not to even touch it because she didn't understand it was sensitive. DO NOT GO HERE! There are so many options in Hicksville and this should not be one of them.
