I love Charlene and only see Charlene. She does what I ask for rather than whatever she wants, which seems to be a problem I run into elsewhere. She has actually been helpful when I hurt my toe badly. I know this place had some negative reviews, but if you go there ask for Charlene. You will be happy.

I advise all in the area not to patronize this business. They refused service to my cousin who is in a wheelchair. There is clearly nothing wrong with her hands all she wanted was nice manicured nails and refused to provide that service to her

Yesterday afternoon my cousin who uses a standard manual wheelchair went into Hawaiian Nails to receive service was discriminated against and was told by a Nail Technician at the salon when she enter in the salon that they were refusing to provide a service because “she was in a wheelchair. “ The Nail technician did not ask any questions about if they could make any adjustments for the wheelchair. My cousin was accompanied with another cousin were both dismay at what the Nail Technician had just told them without any explanation and the other Nail Technicians in the salon all heard the conversation and did not offer any explanation. My cousin’s told me they were humiliated and embarrassed for the salon’s comments in front of the few customers that were in the salon. Our next steps are to file complaints with the Barbershop and Cosmotology Board as well as The American Disability Act. I am requesting that you do not support this business that refuses service to customers based on if they are in a wheelchair!!!!
