I was going to give them 5 stars even though I wanted to only give one. I was just going to leave it alone once I contacted the salon. But the salon never responded!
They messed up my hair! I do not think the one lady I had knew what she was doing! I asked for a simple pixie cut and I get home to check it out and I look like a damn boy! I can’t even curl it to make it look better! Now I’m walking around and people are wondering “is that a boy trying to look like a girl”, “what is IT”. And I tipped her 15%! There’s no way to even fix it except let it grow! But I already have an ugly face now the hair makes me look uglier!
They didn’t even offer me anything to drink, the attempted conversation making from the stylist was awkward, didn’t offer me any product or any tips on the hairstyle. Basically, cut and get lost. Usually a stylist would say “would you like highlights or anything?” Or something! The dang stylist was wearing a nasty bun too. Maybe they’re good with more basic hair styles but my pixie has no layers like I asked, too short and square and has no....style. Even curling it it looks stupid! I have never had a bad haircut before! And they don’t even care enough to respond to my email! This place is hidden off Main Street and it should stay that way! You guys f**ked up my hair!! I was already ugly, now I’m more ugly! Thanks a lot. 😡😡😡😡🤬

Still trying to grow out their mistake! Lopsided hair cut. Stylist who only cuts because her kom does or something to that effect. Do not let someone cut your hair unless they have a passion and excitement for it. This lady did not have that. Not I look like a boy with the back of my hair at my neck, the hair comes to a point and one side is longer and I have no choice but let it grow out and go through an ugly phase! Never doing this short of a cut again, lesson learned. Really upset that they’d ignore my messages as well, I hate being ignored.

I walked in and the lady sitting in the front obviously did not want to work she saw that it was less than 20 minutes to closing and said everyone was booked. I confirmed whether there was an appointment or not and she said "if the appointment does not show it's 20 minutes before the place closes and I'm not looking at doing service, it is a personal client that showing anyway so I know she'll show". In my opinion if you are working that's what you're there for. If you're not willing to take care of new clients walking through your door because you're too busy and you want to go home obviously your business isn't ran on customer service it's ran on you making money when it suits you to do so... interestingly enough her personal appointment was at 3:30, no one showed, been out here since 3:45 and no one's here... Looks like even the personal clients don't care to show up. As a business owner and teacher for nearly 23 years building clients and taking care of people upholding the best service as possible... I do not believe this place is good unless you become super good friends with them and then it's a matter of who you know and not the professionalism a business should require.

Best Salon in town. All of stylists are very professional and friendly.
