Now starting over aa the royalty nail salon, the place is managed by a very hard-working lady with 30 years of experience. She gave me a gel manicure in 30 minutes that was very well done. It’s hard for me to find a nail tech who can cut my cuticles without any pain. I really enjoyed the experience and will go back. This is a small woman-owned business and she is starting out again. Please give her a chance and support her.

I stopped by on my lunch break, hoping to make an appointment after work. I was greeted by a friendly woman who said they could do my nails right away and would be finished within the hour. My nails were completed within the hour, as promised, and look wonderful! Customer service was fantastic and they did a great job! I'll be going back for sure!

The experience was HORRIBLE!!!!!. Starting off the prices are extremely high for the quality of service they provide. I went and got an overlay on my nails and I noticed during the process that my cuticles or hard skin was not being clipped, I bought it to the attention of the technician and I was told that for an overlay they don't do that because that's a whole different job and if I wanted that done I would have had to get and manicure first. My nails were all different lengths and the technician said that if I wanted them all the same lengths that I should have asked ahead of time. I had thick dried acrylic under all of my nails because they were not shaved down properly. I had acrylic on my cuticles because my cuticles were not treated. My French tips were all different lengths and polish were smeared. I got my nails done on a Saturday and called the shop on Sunday to speak with the manager but was told that the manager was not there but will be there the next day. So the next day I hope back to the shop and ask for the manager and was told that the manager wouldn't be there for the next five days. They remembered me from the previous two days and told me that only the person the did my nails could fix it and they would charge me and additional $12 to remove the horrible nails that they did. I then bought it to the technician attention that there was a piece of hair UNDER my acrylic and the technician told me that it wasn't her hair because her hair is longer then what was UNDER my acrylic. So two days later from getting my nails done and using gas to go back and forth I got my nails removed and went some where else who actually knew how to do nails. Please don't go here and think just because there are empty seats that you will get good quality and good prices trust me the seats are empty for a reason. If there was a way to give zero stars instead of one I would.

This is the worse nail salon I've ever been to . The man whose table is next to the register was rushing on my nails. A woman hovered over him because I guess she was ready to leave as well . He messed up on the shape of my nail and tried to tell me that my finger was crooked instead of filing my nail correctly . I told him that he was the first person that has ever said my finger was crooked and he then filed my nail properly and started talking his language to the woman who stood over him . What I'm really angry about is that I have gel nails and my polish is peeling !!! Never had this happen and my thumb nail has cracked on the side . It has only been four days since I received my service !!! I stopped in there because it was convenient because I was shopping in the mall but I will never ever go back and I hope you all avoid this crappy nail salon . I wish I could give them a negative start .

The hospitality, environment, and quality of service are unprofessional and awful. Don't even bother with this place.
