Just renewed my lease because I enjoy staying in these apartments. Conveniently located near good schools, grocery stores and department stores. Police patrol the area often, but aren’t needed. The ladies in the office are very polite and professional. The maintenance was only needed once in my first lease and they were in and out in a timely fashion. I’d advise anyone to consider this complex.

I live here with my boyfriend for about 8 months. Its convenient for us and plenty of stores and restaurants close by. Our apartment is a nice size and just enough space for us. The neighborhood is pretty quiet and that's one thing I like about living here. We have a gas stove which was perfect. Just wish a pool was located here. That also would have been perfect

Me and my wife Gloria have been here at Sedgefield Apartment Homes for 9yrs and always were treated with respect, professionalism and quick responding from the staff especially Vita, Kristi & the maintenance crew. We’ve always wanted to express our gratitude for their hard work and dedication to making this property and all residents their top priority. Thanks again

Have lived here for almost a year now and will definitely be renewing my lease. The staff here is great any issues are handled quickly and without hassle. The apartments are in a great location and it is a nice quiet area. I would recommend them to anyone.

I just moved into these apartments in April and so far so good! Quiet neighborhood and close to grocery stores, restaurants, and schools. The ladies in the office are awesome, anytime i’ve had a issue or needed something fixed it was solved and maintenance comes out relatively quickly, they’ve been very nice and explain to me what they did to resolve my issue.
