How lucky are we in WESTHAMPTON BEACH to have such a lovely nail salon? From the moment you walk in and meet Jennifer to the next moment Flora does my manicure and pedicure a GREAT EXPERIENCE!!

Watch out! The first time I went was OK/ manageable.
Today was a disaster! Talk about no clue about customer service or respectful management of time.
I got a powder mani… disgraceful job. My cuticles looked worse than when I went in! And to top it all off they didn’t offer a thing! It was so bad that I didn’t want to pay ( a first actually). The manager agreed once she saw it but was not empowered to make it good and guess what?! The person who not only did a horrible job but was rude turned out to be the OWNER!! Go figure!

My first time in this nail salon and highly disappointed.They were not punctual and not professional. The lady started doing my acrylic nails and had me going over the pedi chair half way through to take another client. At the pedi chair I had to wait another 25 min to get a horrible pedicure by a guy. Do not recommend this place.

Fabulous manicure! Super clean work with shape, color and design. Beautiful space as well! Can’t wait to go again
