First of all, I'm sorry to hear about the bad experiences some have had at Elante Day Spa. I had a gift certificate to Elante, and quite honestly, was very concerned when reading all the bad things people had to say before I went for my appointment. Especially since I wasn't a real paying customer. However.. when I got there I was pleasantly surprised. I sat down in the lobby for about 2 seconds before being called back for my facial... the lady doing the facial was friendly and pleasant, and she did an outstanding job in my opinion. I was so pleased with the service and their staff that I made a follow up appointment for a cosmetic consultation with the dermatologist, and an appointment for their make-up application services.

The day spa itself is just OK. However; I was price comparing botox with their medical side and OMG!!!! Talk about taking advantage of people. Botox is botox people. Doesn't matter where you get it. They wanted $16 a unit! I've never paid more than $12 a unit ANYWHERE! I asked them why so much higher than other places and they simply had no explanation. At least they didn't try to b.s. me and tell me something that was completely fabricated. AND, they all get it from the same company. ALLERGAN! It's not like they go through different suppliers and they are charged differently. They are all charged the same price. I recommend just about anywhere but there but my favorites are Palmetto Aesthetic Medicine and even Rejuvenations because at least they do lots of specials.
