I have been to Shadyside Nails several times, and I'm never disappointed. After a relaxing pedicure and manicure, I walk away with an amazing design on my toes and nails every time. I love this place!

Love, love, love this nail salon! The staff are super friendly and engaging. Sun does my nails and she is an expert at her craft.

I had a 1030 appointment for a mani/pedi Saturday morning. I was running a little late, and called to let them know; they said to still come in. I got there close to 15 minutes late, which isn’t good, I admit. One of the employees started filing my fingernails, stopped to read a text, then asked me to get up and go over where I could “soak my feet.” Another customer came in, she immediately started working on her, and I soaked my feet for over an hour and 15 minutes. At which point I left. I know it’s not good to be late, but there’s no way any business should let the customer wait for an hour and 15 minutes. They could have told me not to come in; they could have warned me about the wait after awhile.
