I rented out one of the townhouses here for 1 year. From December to February we had a plumbing problem. Every time we showered poop would fill our sinks and dishwasher and the shower would not drain. I still have the pictures I sent to the apartment office if you want to see. You can message me on Facebook. We called maintenance multiple times per week and each time they came, the problem never got fixed. After 2 months of this they finally sent out a professional plumber. He had it figured out and fixed in less than 2 hours. In addition to this the townhouse next door was under construction. The construction workers would plug into my outside outlet and use our electricity. After our bill went up $80-$100 we asked the complex for reimbursement because we didn’t use the electricity. We got $20. If I am going to pay $850 a month to live somewhere, not be noisy, pay my rent early every month then I expect something a lot better than what I got. The office staff is nice. That’s the only thing making this a 2 Star instead of a 1 Star. And for the kicker...we were the first tenants to live in this specific apartment after they remodeled it. Absolutely pathetic

I had done a lot of searching in the area and I landed on this complex for two reasons. 1. The staff is super friendly. Both Morgan and Mandie were VERY nice, patient, and understood my needs. These two ladies are definitely customer service pros. 2. The apartments themselves are wonderful! Lovely kitchen, friendly neighbors, great spacious bedrooms, it’s a dream! I love living here.

Since my lease is coming to an end i decided to go ahead and do a review about this place. First of when my gf and i moved in here they were still remodeling our building which kinda sucked because their was workers going in & out of the building at all times & they would leave the hallways covered in debris. We've had a couple problems with our sink & bathroom tub clogging up, specially the sink. They don't really keep up with the maintenance of the building so it always looks disgusting in the hallway & the laundry room is even worst. I honestly think they have only cleaned the laundry room once since I've lived here (leased for one year) . The dryer we have in our building never has worked properly the coin slot always gets stuck & their for you're stuck with either wet laundry or go somewhere else to do it. There is only One dryer and one washer per building. i called the office to see if they can get it fixed and the lady said i quote " those are not our dryers call the number that is on washer" i called a few times but problem never got fixed. The walls are really thin you can hear everything that goes on around the building. They have gym which is actually pretty lame they literally have nothing but a couple weights and one treadmill. Im not going to say that our stay here was the worst thing ever but i do think they need a lot of improvements on certain things. But i am extremely happy i will be leaving this place.

Nice place l very clean and also they need to not just ran out to students they need to rent out to people that really need and check a background that really love or employees of Purdue University but personality-wise the real good people they'll help you but otherwise I don't like their policy where it's just students only when it should be all people not just dunes and I really think it's really unfair and I think it's called discrimination but I'm not for sure just because they're feeding off the money off of students doesn't mean that they could put the regular public off the side like trash so God bless you and I hope they do something about this thank you
