We had a horrible experience here today. Usually there is a very nice man who does my sisters nails and does a great job, but today he wasn't here and Tiffany helped her. Tiffany was rude right off the bat. She was very rough with my sisters damaged nails and complained every time my sister would wince at the pain. Tiffany then let us pick out the shellac color we wanted. We decided on a light pink with sparkles in it, #63. Tiffany came back to paint my sisters nails with a hot pink shellac. It didn't resemble anything we had picked out and simply told her that wasn't the color we had chosen. In a frustrated manner she aggressively takes the polish off and says, "what do you want me to do? I don't know where that color is." So we picked out a new but similar color. she brought that color over to us and it was just white. Again, not what we had picked out. At this point we just asked for a light pink shellac. Any kind. We Didn't care, we just wantwd to get out of there without a fuss. I understand not having certain colors but to not check that it's the right color before putting it on and then treating us rudely as if it was our fault she had messed up was so unprofessional and inconsiderate. She went to go grab a pink but informed us that there was no pink and said we can check if we wanted to see ourselves, so my sister and I had to go through endless bottles opening them to see their color and finally found a nice light pink. We asked Tiffany to paint this pink on and just put a sparkly coat on top of that to achieve the color we were trying to get with the first few colors we chose. We even got the sparkly color for her so that wouldn't be another hurdle to jump over, but at this point Tiffany began working on another woman's feet, using her bare hands to massage and manicure her toes. Once she realized we were ready she came over to paint my sisters nails without washing the hands that were just digging fungus out from an old woman's toes. My sister politely asked if she could wash her hands. The woman threw her hands up, muttered some unpleasant words, and with spite, grabbed a squeeze of hand sanitizer. Things were going a little bit better with the exception of her overall attitude that screamed "I would rather be anywhere but here and I don't care who knows it." Once we got to the sparkles my sister politely asked if we could do 2 coats to make the sparkles more apparent, but Tiffany rudely said "you want too much!!" All my sister was asking for was 2 coats of the nail polish. That is not too much. Not having the first 5 colors we wanted and making us look through all of the bottles of shellac to find something ourselves is too much. Her attitude was too much. And the lack of common decency was too much. We will not be returning to this salon and we hope Tiffany has a dramatic change in her unpleasant attitude.

Terrible experience. Tried to use dirty stuff on me poor pedicure. Feet still had callus. Polish job was whack. Did not speak any English except to say $50 pretty clearly. Kept leaving me to work on other people. So rude. Will never go back.
