I lOVE this place. Katy, does a wonderful job doing my Gel nails. She wasn't there the last week Friday that I went. So David and Tina, did my gel and acrylic nails. Awesome....

The work was beautiful and I loved the way my nails looked when I left this establishment, but it turns out the guy that did my nails (I don't remember his name) made them way too thin. One of my nails cracked and broke that same day. Since then, 3 other nails have broken, almost with no force involved. I don't plan on returning. The work is nice to look at, but the quality is so-so.

Horrible horrible horrible service
First the man who was polishing my nails left the edges unpolished i felt like he was rushing it then as I'm waiting for my nails to dry a lady said ok ur nails are dry because i was the last person and she wanted to leave i lightly touched the table pick up my purse and the nails were a total mess and she said what did you do i told her my nails weren't dry and that she said they were t hen her and another lady started another language and she fixed the 3 nails that were messed as I am waiting for them to dry they are just talking and waiting for me to hurry up and leave 👎👎👎👎👎

I've been coming here since over 10 years. They have good customer service and my nails and eyebrows always look great. As far as the negative comments go...well...some people are hard to please. This location doesn't do the trendy designs. If you ask they will let you know what they can do for you. I gave 4 stars because there are times they are unable to accommodate and have yet to come up with some sort of appointment system on the days they are busy. Overall, I am pleased.
