Went to have my eyebrows waxed the nail tech became angry when I asked if she could wash her hands after just finishing another customers pedicure and not washing her hands. There are 101 nails shops in Shreveport/Bossier I will give them my business from now on. Who wants someone else's toe jam on their face. Not me.

I had been coming here for years with no major problems. Recently I got gel polish that began to chip the next day after having them done. I went back to get them fixed the day after memorial day they were packed and Vivian was busy. The eldest daughter acted as if I created problem by coming back when I was the one inconvenienced. Her attitude is always poor as if she doesnt want to work. She half did my nails by the end of the week I could peel the gel off my nails it was so thick and layered on. Somethings aren't worth the fight they just lost a loyal customer.

This place is absolutely horrible. Very long wait and service is just trash. They are overpriced and the work does not last long at all. Stay away!!!

They are ok...went to get my toes polished only. Before going, I took off my acrilic nails off my 2 big toes because they were bothering me. They didn’t use the tool to shave down my nails from the old fake nails, they just polished over it. 🤔 then I wasn’t given the toe dividers so I messed up my nail going out and they acted like they didn’t want to fix it. They should’ve gave me that in the first place
