Will not be going here again the last 2 times were horrible. First they messed up my eyebrows and today my toes were not to my liking and when I said something the lady Lisa (I think that’s her name) ignored me completely because I didn’t want to leave a tip. Completely rude I thought I had a found a good nail place close to home so now I have to find somewhere else to go. Save your money going here if you want good service.

I went in on a busy day and had 2 different people work on my full set. At the end i was happy because i was in love with the color i chose. My boyfriend pointed out before i paid that my cuticles weren't pushed back but me being all excited about my nails i didnt pay much attention a gave BE (nail tech) a $10 tip like i always do. On the 3rd day one nail fell, then another on the 4th day and another on the 6th day. Take in mind ive went to this place a couple times before and they usually last me 1 month. Im on vacation at the moment and have done minimal work than usual. I went in for them to fix on the 10th day and by that time i was missing 3 nails and ALL my nail were lifting from the bottom. This problem was deffinately caused by my cuticles not being pushed back. The FIX that they did was replace my 3 nails and electric file the bottom of my nails that caused my natural nails to have a huge dent, they didnt even fill them in with acrylic to stop the lifting. I complained about how nails kept lifting and all they did wad put nail glue on the lifting part. (I COULDVE DONE THAT AT HOME) The next day after the "FIX" 3 more nails fell off. My whole entire experience has been awful and i planned never to go back. After day 3 i DID NOT GO ONE DAY WITHOUT MISSING A NAIL. My mother in law has went there for 10+ years for pedicures and knows the owners, they invited me back for them to fix the problem but as soon as i got there i was welcomed with rude vietnamese language from Lisa. Lisa was the one that saw the problem and told BE (nail tech) to do some "quick fix" . I am not a cheap person and usually like really cute nails that cost a little more ,so money is not the issue. I wish they would be responsible about the bad work that had been done and fixed it correctly the first time. Everytime i come in LISA has the worst attitude and is really really rude. But ive noticed shes only rude to me but is friendly as hell to her clients. Im a nice girl from Austin and never come off rude to anybody. Theres definately something wrong with that woman. Her being a supervisor and all , she should know how to be professional and address peoples problems correctly. I know for a fact the work done this time was awful and they were at fault. But knowing LISA she does not know how to satisfy customers. Their work isnt the best but its decent and close to home and thats why i kept going. I wont be coming back after this and i will be looking for a more educated nail tech that wont be doing these elementary mistakes.
