I came in for a wash, and Vanessa had the perfect pressure on my scalp when washing my hair, and she blow dryed it so well . I haven't been able to run my finger through my hair for so long. My hair is curly and all she did was blow dry it with the brush and it is straight sleek and beautiful. I'll definitely be seeing Vanessa when I come back into town. Awesome lady.

I've been here twice already. Got the same bad experience. When you come in they don't greet you or smile or say hi. When they offer you some of their products and you say NO, they'll give you an ugly look. I wen back for a second chance but same thing. Won't be coming back that's for sure. NOT WORTH IT.

This place is amazing! I don’t trust anyone to do my hair bc it is long and thick it takes time and patience and most stylists don’t wanna put that much effort into it. Michael absolutely went above and beyond. I would recommend Michael to everyone best stylist ever!

This place is the absolute worst. Never going back. Didn’t even get the haircut I wanted, and afterwards I just had a massive headache. Not even friendly staff. Do not go to this salon unless you want to end up with a horrible hair cut. Their not even professionals. ****GO TO SALON SALON across the street. They know how to cut hair. At the end I paid $45 for the cut. $10 for blowing drying and straightening my hair. Not worth it.🤮👎🏻💀😡🤬🙄

I should have listened to all the bad reviews on Yelp and Goggle. Don't trust the reviews on Groupon. I used a Groupon to get a haircut here, and I can honestly say that this is the worst haircut I've ever gotten in my life. Granted, I can't speak for the other ladies that work there. They may actually do a decent job, although the atmosphere wasn't too welcoming and they didn't seem overtly friendly. My first warning sign should have been the fact that I had to sign a waiver saying that they're not responsible for a bad experience or haircut and that they don't do refunds or free fixes. Even though Vanessa says she's been doing this for a couple of years, she certainly does not know how to cut hair. The only reason Vanessa got one star is because she was super nice. I asked for short layers to be blended into my long layers (I have hair down past my shoulder blades), and she essentially gave me a mullet. I have made this request in the past with other hair stylists, and haven't had too many issues before. However, with Vanessa, my hair ended up being very choppy, and if I leaned forward, I looked like I had a haircut that went to the nape of my neck in the back. If I pulled all my hair back, I looked like I had a mullet because the bottom half was so thin and the layers were so poorly blended in. I essentially looked like I had two different stylists cut my hair from the back. Some of you may think that the hair style in pictures may not look that bad (I think it’s because you can’t see as much detail), but I’ve had several people tell me it looks much worse in person.
