It was comfortable, clean and its a cute space. They are really nice and really helpful but they were way too high for them not to be able to do designs or a little longer nails. i got short gel chrome nails and a regular pedicure NO GEL and it cost $75. I wanted to try this place because I heard good things but I'll only return if their prices go down

They do an amazing job but I sometimes feel rushed. I also wish they had a better appointment availability to avoid the rush hour wait.

They do the best nails in the city and u hardly ever wait. I'm in and put in 35 min

Horrible visit. I went in with a friend to get acrylics done, my friend was done way before I was but that was only a small issue. The biggest issue I had was the fact the the lady cut my cuticle then proceeded to lay acrylic over the blood that was on my nail! I also have a huge line in my real nail from the lady buffing one area for way too long. The lady had horrible customer service, if I could not understand what she was saying she would yell at me and then mumble under her breath. Ontop of all of that, my nails were uneven and I removed them very quickly.

I usually love going to Joy Nails but after today I may find somewhere else to go ...I walked in & there was only 1 lady available to do my nails and she was sitting on her phone. She started doing my nails and then continued to be on her phone while she waited for my previous gel manicure to come off. She was in a rush this entire time, she was hurting me when she was cutting my cuticles and I started bleeding..her response was “oops”. She was missing spots on my nails and there were spots where there was more polish than others. Here’s the best part- while she was painting my nails she was playing CANDY CRUSH on her phone. She would paint one nail and then she made a move on her game & continued to do this. She didn’t apologize for making me bleed and i was still bleeding by the time I left the place. Her name was Rita and I promise she will never be getting my business again.
