The prior owner, Faye, has always done a great job with my hair. I scheduled an appointment via the website for an appointment and received a confirmation. I drove 135 miles for my appointment. The Open/Welcome sign was displayed in the window, however, when I pulled on the door, it was locked. I looked inside and it was completely dark. Made two calls to the salon and they went to voice mail. Waited 15 minutes, and then went to lunch. Checked back afterwards and they were still closed. After a week, no one has contacted me to explain the closure or to say "we're sorry for your inconvenience". I don't know who the new owner is, but I will not be returning. 270 miles for nothing.....

I enjoy this salon. Have gone here several times for various services, so has my 17 yr old daughter, and we're both quite satisfied. This has become my regular haircut salon. Peggy is very nice and knows what she's doing. I say ignore previous negative reviews and give this place a try!

I came to D'elegance for a hair cut in March of 2013. This was my first time in my life having my very long hair cut to a short length, so I wanted to be sure I picked a nice place with qualified people. This was my first time here and I was very anxious, just because I grew very attached to my hair being long for so long, but I knew it was time for a change. The people were very nice and I am so happy I came here! I absolutely loved the outcome, and I LOVE having shorter length hair. She cut it just how I wanted, and I am able to style it so much more now! I will definitely be going there again to get a trim! Thank you!

I got a gift certificate for my services. Would not return. The customer service from the owners was extremely poor. Once I arrived the tecnicians were good the massage area needed some attention. My nails were done great and the ladies were extremely nice. The man who I spoke with and took payment was not friendly which is usually the case in these service businesses. If nice environment, good customer service is what you want in a Spa experience this may not be the place.
