Beautiful place with plenty of chairs however, my experience was terrible. My nail tech was young and I feel inexperienced. He poured scalding hot water on me twice, and put a scalding hot stone on me. When he massaged my feet he dug his nails into my soles and I could not seem to get him to understand why he was hurting me. Then he painted my nails before he put my shoes on and smudged my paint. Overall not a good experience, I hope they get better soon.

Got my eyebrows waxed and she ripped skin on both of my eyelids I now have long scars under my eyebrows. Have been waxing for years and have never had that happen, very disappointed

I've been coming here for 3 years!! I've literally brought dozens of people here!
tonight I was SO disappointed by the service!
I had the shorter man doing my nails. I was busy on work calls the whole time so I didnt notice he FORGOT to put tips on 3 of my fingers!!! 7 were square and 3 were round!!! and he was going to leave them like that!!
he finally took the dip off and put tips on!
now after being in there an hour and a half I have 2 different shape nails because he was rushing to get out! He wouldnt fix it!
to top it off he was yelling at me the whole time and yelling across the salon! I have never been so embarrassed!!!
now I have to "come back tomorrow" to get it fixed! I have a baby! i cant just come back!
after 3 years i will now be cutting my ties off here. a $10 gift certificate doesnt fix the embarrassment I just felt being yelled at because my nail job is HORRIBLE
He made it very clear it was my fault he didnt out tips on because "I told him I wanted them short"

I haven't been here in over a year due to the last owner being incredibly rude and a worker making a comment about my weight. I decided to give it another shot and I am so impressed! Im very picky about my nails and the tech did such an amazing job. Perfect shape and such a stunning color. These are the kind of nails that give you a boost of confidence! Couldn't recommend them enough.
