Two people when I arrived. Everything was fine initially a regular visit. I hated how he made my thumb nail way longer thicker than any of my other nails but I didn't realize until after I left. Got my nails done on a Monday by Tuesday the polish chipped on 3 nails. I went back Wednesday afternoon after I called and told them my polish chipped only on Tuesday and it's gel. I was told to come in. They had an attitude he sent me to the back but not to a specific person and I kept asking who was supposed to fix it. They have a help wanted sign but have multiple people sitting down lounging. Everyone looking at my like I was crazy when I'm asking who was going to fix it. Then this guy gets up like I'll fix it with an attitude. I showed him the nails and he said I must have bumped them trying to make it my fault. I told him even if I did it shouldn't have chipped 3 nails with this being gel polish. You pay extra for them to last longer. I also told him that the polish might be expired and he ignored me. They gave me another yellow polish and he rushed the coats. And told me to sit under the light for 3 minutes I sat for 2 or 3 additional because the polish felt worse and the paint job didn't look really smooth. I just grabbed my things and left after stating they're probably going to chip again. So today is Friday 6/8/18 only two days after getting one of the same nails fixed half the damn paint comes off my nail. I am going back and not to get my nails fixed but to curse them out. It won't bring my money back or fix my nail but I am going to show customers and everything this is ridiculous. I was referred to this place I should have checked the reviews like I always do smdh.

It has nearly been a little over a month since I had visited nail 3000 due to the poor service I had received prior to. When I went to nail 3000 I was immediately asked what service I wanted to get done today, and I simply stated that I just wanted my toes polished because I didn’t have time to get the full service that a pedicure usually comes with. As I waited for an hour they were finally ready to service me but when I sat in the seat it began to get a little chaotic from there. The guy who was providing the service put an excessive amount of polish on my toes causing him to redo my toe nails twice because it did not look appealing to me. He began to catch an attitude, and began rushing at this point so I told him that he can take the polish off and his service was no longer needed since he was repeating the same mistake once again. While leaving the Salon the owner Danny had a very smart remark and stated “ You must not have a man at home “ which to be quite honest had nothing to do with anything. After that incident happen I did go back to the salon to get my eyebrows done and there were no complaints there ;however, a few weeks ago I had gone to get my nails done and when I walked inside I told him what I had wanted but he immediately stated that they were busy and that I must get out. I honestly didn’t pay it any attention until I left so I went to another nail salon that wasn’t as busy. Today however I was blatantly disrespected , and refused service because he said that I did not pay for service that was performed a month ago . That claim is untrue and I felt so embarrassed when he projected his voice and began stating that to other customers. While I began to wait to get my eyebrows done the verbal harassment continued and he told one of his workers to tell me to get out. The worker placed his hand on my shoulder and told me that the owner Danny doesn’t want me here , and he told the lady that was to do my eyebrows that if she did them she would lose her job. May I add that I’ve been going to this place for over five years and never have I experienced an incident like this . I didn’t cause a scene but I left because I couldn’t tolerate the disrespect that I was facing anymore. I sincerely hope that such actions of a business owner will not be overlooked because what happened today was unnecessary and unprofessional. Just don’t waste your money here.

Stay away, they don't know how to do nails and they have an attitude with customers when you asked them to correct it. I left my item and when I went back to get it they had an attitude and did not even attempt to help me.

Long wait , bag attitudes , rushed and crappy service ... messed up my fill in and eyebrows I understand it’s in the “hood” but money is money and people work hard for their money .

They really close at 7:30 not 8:00 They were so nasty and rude
