Dropped in today to have gel polish removed from my toenails. I was told cost would be 10 dollars twice. When finished, I gave her $20 bill and she kept the whole amount! I told her I was due $10 change and she said .... "I told you twice that it would be $20" .... I said no you told me twice it would be "ten dollars". What a ripoff and cheat!
