Eclectic clientele given its location near Wilkes combined with the locals, but I always get great service here. I do wish they would use liners for the pedicures, though.

Very rude. They were opened with the door wide open, music playing and told me they were closed (I was there 20min before
Closing time-wanted just eyebrows). also spoke to me with the mask over his face while mumbling (he wasn’t doing anyone’s nails, just leaning over the counter) never stepping foot in there again.

Never have a bad experience here. Tried other places but no one comes close to Rachel’s pedicures!

The staff was polite but there were some obnoxious customers that made the experience not so great. The mani pedi came out okay. Not spectacular but not terrible. Not a bad choice to get your nails done.

First impression was horrible — as a potential customer I shouldn’t be the greeting owner first. I sat in wait for thirty minutes with no ETA provided. So I got up to leave stating I’d come back another time and the owner was silent again. I wouldn’t recommend this salon.
