Went in to get shellac nails, chose a nice nude color and was initially very please with the result. However within 2-3 days, the color changed completely from a nude color to one of almost a "snotty" green color. Went in to ask them what was wrong with the polish and if anything could be done, and the lady pretended to not understand, and was unwilling to even explain why the color change had occurred. I spoke with another one of the manicurists, and he was unable to explain the color change as well, or offer any service to make up for it. I have never experienced this with other nail salons, and will not be returning again. The picture shows my nails with the changed color on the left, and the original color that my girlfriend and I had gotten together on the right.

I went in this morning to Nguyen Nails as Citi Nails was closed. The lady was so rude. She immediately asked if I was “Vietnam” & told her I wasn’t. (I’m really unsure what race has to do with my nails.) She asked me several times if I wanted a manicure even though I told her I just had one recently & just wanted a shellac color change today. She was so rough and used her nails to dig into my fingers as she scraped the old shellac off (I’m not sure if she was mad that I insisted on no manicure just a color change). I was so put off by her anger and roughness I told her I would pay her for removing the shellac but I no longer want new shellac. She charged me $10 (much more than other places) but I happily paid so I could get out of there. I regret going into this place & would advise you to avoid this low budget nail salon. Citi nails (down the street in Auburn way) or pretty much anywhere else has much friendlier people working there & better prices.
