I don't know why I didn't listen to the reviews. All I wanted was a manicure. Four girls sitting down eating did not want help me. They said they were closed. There was at least 45 minutes before closing at 8 pm. They even had the open sign turned on. Never again.

Went here on a Friday afternoon and their wait time was horrible. I waited too long for a pedicure that I could of done myself.

They made my cuticle bleed, and kept mentioning how everything they did for me costed extra, I got nervous. I also couldn't talk to anyone or tell them what I wanted. I told them I wanted a specific style but 3/4 of the way in, they suddenly said they couldn't do it for me. I had to wait and argue to get what I came for until they coincidentally found what I was looking for. Also they were extremely rough so the only whole process was everything but pleasant.

It was a good experience. But had a little trouble with my nails and they made my friend bleed but in the end she loved her nails

I went there for almost 5 years, service just kept getting worse.. hated the wait time but only reason I stayed because the lady that did my pedicules was AMAZING... Even if you scheduled an appointment you would have to wait.. I left for 2 years, decided to give them the benefit of the doubt & came by because of convenience to still NOT getting what I asked for.. They guy definitely did not understand the difference between "squared" & "rounded". Worst way to spend my "ME" time
