I really really really tried and wanted to like this place, but I get disappointed every time I come here.
I’ve been here three times in the past 6 months for a dip mani. I love that this place offers it and it has such versatile colors to choose from with glitter, shimmer, regular opaque color you name it, they got it.
I don’t know every manicurist there but I’ve gotten the same one every time because I don’t book an appointment and I just walk in which is nice to be conveniently sat down without waiting. So there’s my two stars for that and the colors/availability.
Quality is lacking. The first two times this lady was always texting on her phone in between either grinding, dipping, any time she “needs” a second. The first mani was good and I liked everything except her taking longer than normal because she was on her phone (it’s not that big of a deal but I’m presenting my case for these two stars). The second time she took off the first dip mani and grinded my nail beds pretty badly (they became really sensitive and thin). When she applied this dip mani she messed up on the pinky (why? Because she was on her phone and wasn’t paying attention)...so she applied this big glob of dip and top coat on top. No joke she told me she was done and I said fix the pinky first lol (that’s ridiculous that I had to say something because it was obvious that it didn’t look good). Reluctantly she fixed it but that just put a bad taste in my mouth.
The third time I went was two days ago (about six months later)...I was telling myself that I should have someone else do it and not her but unfortunately I got her again and I didn’t protest (I really should’ve and opted to wait for someone else). Luckily she wasn’t on her phone and she was paying attention and very precise. Yes I loved that and it was great. When everything was said and done she went to charge me ($30 is fine for a dip mani) and she got a little awkward when it came to the tip. She didn’t hand me the iPad to put whatever tip I wanted and there were a couple of options and I asked her to let me put in what I wanted and she reluctantly handed it to me (maybe she didn’t want me to dirty up the screen because of the lotion she put on my hands idk but it was weird AND I gave her a nice tip despite this nonsense). Two days later this mani is already chipping...COME ON...SERIOUSLY?! That should NOT be happening after two days...
The one thing I will say since a dip mani is a new thing and the process may be different for everyone is that she should have me rinse my hands after she shapes the nails that are dipped (right before she applies the top coat) because the color looks dusty. The sides of my nails right now are chipping and that’s so disappointing because that should not be happening till after at least a week...all in all I’m about to get my own dip kit and do this myself because I’m not finding a good nail salon that will take their time and provide good quality. I’ll try one more time and get another lady because this one could not care less but I won’t expect anything... :-/

This review is based off my girlfriends visit who went in to remove gel nails and get a manicure. The lady convinced her to get the Mani Pedi combo. The pedicure seemed rushed and not detailed. When it came down to remove the gel nails and get the manicure she was transferred to three nail technicians in an attempt to remove them. After soaking in acetone for about an hour they finally we're able to remove the nails with a grinder / sander thing. They filed the nails down to like nothing and then cut and shaped the nails without any consideration from her. They also failed to do anything with the cuticles. Nail polish was gone the very next day.

You want a great pedicure, go here. Ashley and Mike do an amazing job with nails. They are reasonably priced too. I've tried other places and they are the best around in my opinion.

I dont think ill ever go anywhere else thie place is absolutely amazing. Haven't had this good of an experience in q very long time.
