If you have back or health problems I promise a pedicure with a " reflexology " treatment is medicinal.
Not your typical in out make your money off of acrylic tips type of ratchet crowd. A little more toned down and relaxing.

Went for a full set of acrylics, was an awful experience. I don't know his name but it was a man that did them. He did it the old-fashioned way, no power tool, and he just kept sticking my finger into a liquid and then a powder over and over again. Then he just kept filing, and filing over and over again. Then he'd make a mistake and start over again. He filed my my nail so hard and so much that he literally cut my finger right above my cuticle. When he was done I could tell that the surface of every nail was uneven they weren't completely smooth, and not only that, they weren't even all the same length. He did offer to fix them, but there's no way that I could sit there and do that again. Just when I thought it was all over and my agony would end, he decided to massage my hands I still don't know what he did to me, but it took 3 weeks for me to be able to move my thumb and my pointer without severe pain. He was so rough and he squeezed my hand so hard that I knew he did something wrong the minute I left there. When it came time to pay he made sure that he pointed to the sign that said tips are cash only. He's lucky I even gave him a tip, he was awful, I only gave him one because it took three hours to do . I was tortured for three hours and I have to pay for it. He also globbed the polish on so thick that they still weren't dry, after sitting under the dryer for 45 minutes! When I got home my nails were smeared and I had to do them all over again. Within a week one of the nails broke and another came off! Never again!
Don't waste your money! My daughter got hers done at the same time by a woman, her results were slightly better, without the torture!

They are either under staffed or over booked, I understand they don't want to lose business, but when you are doing 1 customer nails and feet you can't stop to start someone else. It takes entirely to long to get nails and feet done there. Also beware they provide services you don't ask for nor do they ask you, but will sneak and charge you for, and request a tip on top of it, now don't get me wrong I always tip where ever I go, but be professional. And the name of the place is not Tips and Toes, on the receipt it says Sarah's Best nails Spa, same address and phone as listed,same place don't be fooled, it's right next to Vazzi pizza and Nice and Fresh Bakery. And that review post from a week ago from Sarah Wang may be the owner trying to gain business. Bottom line I won't be going back, was overcharged. I also noticed they just rinse pedicure station, they didn't use any cleaners after each person, just nasty, that's probably why there was toenail clippings in the water in review post from melanie 2 weeks a go.

Me and my friend came here looking for a fast mani pedi that soon turned into 2 hours. There were toe nail clippings in my water and the water was extremely hot and painful. They kept trying to sell me more stuff. I found my lady leaving me for other customers a lot while she was supoosed to be working on me. Awful experience.
