I recently took my neighbors daughter and granddaughter here for a treat. They had the best time ever. The granddaughter thought Jenny was so sweet, and she treated her so professionally. The daughter was so relaxed and felt so comfortable.
Thank you Amy, Jenny, and the rest of your staff for making them feel so comfortable and welcomed them with their own drinks. I have known Jenny for 11 years and she is incredibly talented, and everyone else makes me feel so welcomed.

So they nail tech herself was fine and seemed nice enough at first. What I didn't appreciate was that while she was doing my nails, she was having a full on gossip chat with one of the other nail techs. It's very rude when she should be focusing on my nails and doing a neat job. During the time she was curing my nails, I had to point out areas where nail polish was overlapping my nails so that she could clean it up. She actually tried to put the blame on me. While she was the one who would literally pause while in the middle of doing my nails to gossip with her friends. And of course, they initially tried to convince me to get a more expensive nail service than what I came in there for. I won't be returning or recommending to anyone.

I have always gone here for years and never had a problem up until yesterday. The man is rude, and two of the ladies were saying some rude stuff in their language thinking I could not understand what they were saying(which I do) not only towards me but the stuff they were saying about the other women there and I find that absolutely very unprofessional, and offensive any many ways.. I didn’t say anything because preferred to keep my mouth shut and just go on about my business, but woke up today thinking about it noticing that it isn't right at all. The fact that people come in there to get their nails by certain individual for the simple fact that they like the way they do their nails but then talk mess in their language, shaking my head. You should rethink some people actually understand what you are saying. 👎👎👎

Very professional and well skilled associates and friendly atmosphere. Im very pleased with my nails. Will certaiy back again. Thank you for a job well done! Please try this place. You will never be disappointed.

Did a horrible job on my refills. One that was fully replaced snapped the corner off the next day. Very rude and will not be going there again
