The property manager is really nice and compassionate. The workers are always looking for a way to make the place better and safer for its residence. There is great entertainment space for guest and beautiful pool area. Just everything a person need is at hand. The inside apartments are great. Spacious enough to do what you want. I think pricing is fair being its all bills paid with free internet and cable. Its a great place to live. Mostly friendly neighbors!

Employee's are very nice. Everyone cares about the complex. Quiet environment. Safe housing. Affordable.
These Apts were once a motel that's been rehab'ed. Quaint but clean and close to everything needed. 😀😀😀

I usually don't leave reviews, but my experience with MaKayla and the whole staff at 3220 North Apartments was nothing less than incredible. They made me immediately feel like family, and was there for my every need. I HIGHLY recommend this place to any and everybody looking for a beautiful place to live that is affordable and likes a family atmosphere. I couldn't be happier! -N8

This is the best place in Nacogdoches to live at. Pet friendly and the manager is the best and the staff is awesome. Clean place to live at and the one bed rooms are great for the price I can’t wait till my 4 friends move here they came one time and saw this place and feel in love. They can’t wait to move over here.

This community is really fun and has a great atmosphere. The leasing staff cares about your feedback and the pricing is fair. I am not looking to leave anytime soon!
