The young woman who did my nails was very unfriendly. She said that I was not "easy," meaning my fingers were not limp noodles. It was apparent that she was frustrated with me, and she told me to "watch TV, don't pay attention to what I'm doing." She made my cuticles bleed a couple of times, so I thought I should keep an eye on her! Like another reviewer said, you don't get to pick your color, they pick it for you. I left there with bloody cuticles and low self-esteem. Nails look pretty good though. Won't be going back.

Honestly if I could give them zero stars I would. I have been getting my nails done for 12+ years. I like acrylic nails, have always gotten acrylic nails and will always get acrylic nails. But I was treated with the worst customer service I have ever gotten at an nail place because I didn’t want SNS nails. Needless to say I will never be going back, I only went this time because my normal place was closed and I had to get my nail fixed that was broken. Which was done half @$$ and none of my nails are even after a trim done that was done with nail clippers instead of with the drill.

Lisa is the best I've ever had to do my eyebrows. I have a thick set and someone else messed up and she fixed them. Been going for a very long time. Moved to another county, thought I could just find someone else but I guess I'll have to drive to her bc she is the best.
