I have been going here for quite a while and they have always been very fast and friendly. The technician that I always see does a wonderful job and had always told me if I want something done a certain way to let her know. So recently I made a (politely) request to have the sns a little thinner and a nail reshaped. Ever since that visit I have not been treated the same. I get an attitude every time I come in and my last visit she recommended I see someone else next time.. very disappointing.

Took my daughter to get a mani pedi. The chair was so cute but it was clearly broken! Well then the technician turns the water on full blast, coating me from the waist down in water! We will be looking for a different place to get our nails done.

They overcharged by credit card for a mani/pedi. Despite leaving a cash tip they charged my card $90 for a $70 service.
