I am very disappointed with my dip manicure. This was my first time in as I’m new to the area and I’ve had this done countless times at other nail salons and have never experienced what I did today.
To start, the dip nail color selection is very poor. There are barely any blues to choose from and when I found one she didn’t have enough to do my nails in that color so I had to pick another color.
With every other salon I’ve had this done at they’ve used a LED light to dry the top coat. Not here! She fan dried my nails & they smudged. She fixed them after the lotion step and I paid and got ready to leave when I noticed it still wasn’t dry and had smudged once again. She fixed it and it still was wet when I got out to my car. There was a sticky/crusty residue around my nails. When I told her she explained it was cuticle gel. It looked and felt like the topcoat had gotten all over my fingers. There were spots around my nails that my finger nail polish was on too.
Very disappointed with the service. I paid $41 plus tip to only have to go and have them redone elsewhere. Also, everyone claims there were free drinks but I wasn’t even offered anything to drink. The manicure chairs were torn up and they provided a couch cushion to sit on. Very bizarre. Will not return.

I love this picture of place John, his wife and staff are awesome. Attended the annual Christmas Party with lots of appetizers, food and drinks. Very unique idea and a great way to honor their guest's

I had Tom for a manicure and pedicure. He was fantastic! Funny, polite, and very accommodating. I will definitely be going back to CiCis!

I went this week to get a manicure and dip and would not go back.
The people were friendly but they cut into my cuticles on multiple fingers and the finished nails look super sloppy - the woman got the dip up onto several of my fingers so I’ll have to file them down as they grow out.

Asked for acrylics off and just got them filed down short. She over painted my nails and they never dried and eventually messed up. Month later and I still can't get remaining off
