Absolutely positively will not return. Refused to wipe off the nail stations because "We are too busy." This made me wonder, what else are they "too busy" to clean, but she wasn't too busy to gush over another customer's wedding photos for 5 minutes. The woman doing my nails was very rough and rushed with me. She forgot to buff my nails on my right hand. She even forgot that my best friend was with us to get her nails done too. My sister in law walked away with her cuticle bleeding. One woman getting a pedicure was writhing in pain when her toe nails were getting trimmed. One nail technician was even eating her lunch at a nail station. The other technician was walking around the salon barefoot.

One of the techs was very nice and did a nice job on my pedicure, however the whole salon was totally unsanitary. None of the tools were sterilized and were just laying in trays and looked like they'd never been cleaned. I watched the tech use the foot file, fling the dead skin into the pedicure tub and then toss it back on the tray without washing it. The lady who seemed to be in charge was very rough with her techniqe. I will never go back to this salon and wouldn't recommend it to anyone.

I wouldn't recommend getting your nails done here. They rush getting your nails done, and they don't clean their work areas. One of the nail technicians was cutting and eating watermelon on the work area. When my sister in law asked if the nail technician could clean and sanitize her work area she said that she didn't have time because she had other people to get to. My nail technician was really rough with my nails and my cuticles started to bleed.

Does good job o. No Chip Nails and Pedicures. Has hired more staff to help.
