Yovana has been doing my nails for quite some time now and she is AMAZING. She takes her time and is very detail oriented when hand painting designs or filing my nails!
Yovana always listens to my needs if I want her to change or fix something without complaining.
(I know a lot of nail techs who get upset for wanting your nails the way you want them)
You can test her with her artistic skills and it always comes out so good!
Thank you for being the best nail tech ever!

When we got there, the nail artist was not wearing a mask and did not have the supplies ready. She continued to not wear a mask while she got her supplies ready - which took about 10-15 minutes. It also took her two hours to do two pedicures, only one with polish (neither gel). We were late to an appointment because of this. My husband asked her to help with his callouses and she hardly scrubbed at them at all. The place itself is kind of dinky - they just have two recliners in the back with a bucket of water they manually fill up. She also didn’t make it clear she was done and just left the room and played on her phone, and did not help me put on my sandals (something people do at every other place I’ve been to) so I scuffed my polish right away.

I tried this place for the first time today and I was very happy with my manicure, it was very clean and the nail tech (Yovana) who did my nails was friendly and was able to give me exactly what I wanted after showing her an inspiration photo.

I made an appointment for two pedicures at 5pm, and over the chat I was told there was one more 5pm appointment but that they could "make it work". The tech did both of our pedicures within the same amount of time it took the other technician to do ONE. We left, both pedicures full price, before the other client had even gotten out of the chair. She was very unprofessional in the sense that she didn't try to talk to us, she was short and rude, was not wearing a mask, and when I confronted her about the time frame being the same price as the longer service she got very defensive and proceeded to argue. Not how you keep clients bb 😘
