I’ve been coming to this place for a decent amount of time to get full sets. Always left at least 20% tip always liked my nails but after today I will NEVER go back. The one time my parents don’t sit down inside waiting with me one of the nail tech decides to completely BOTCH my nails. To start off There still is left over sprarklely gold colored powder acrylic on my nails from the last time I got my nails done. She just quickly zoomed over my nail bed unevenly one time didn’t trim my real nails or push the cuticles back or put the layer of protective polish to make sure my real nails don’t get destroyed. She then proceeds to cut my nails without checking to see if they’re even with my other hand. Then she starts my acrylic ombré nails. I showed a picture of how I wanted them to be shaped and done. Every single one of my nails is crooked and a different length. The ombré design itself is uneven and different. The work was shameful. I was so upset I didn’t even finish and Just gave my dad my card and left. I’m not one to disrespect people even though I’m sure I was only treated this way because I look like an “alone little girl with her daddy paying her nails”. But this little girl paid 45$ for nails that I could of literally done better myself or cvs nails would of looked better on my hands then what I have now. The whole time this woman had a rude attitude/energy. So disappointed I didn’t even go back in, just left crying. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE

Always clean, friendly and fast. They can get crowded but always make room for walk-ins. Great for kids too, this is my daughter and my go-to nail salon.
